Yes you can. However, all medication and equipment will need to be registered with our on-site medics provided it is in the manufacturer's original packaging. We strongly encourage that all medication and medical equipment is stored with our on-site medics wherever possible, and that you use our medic room when administering any medication. The medics will show you the area we use exclusively for our medics and any member of staff or security can escort you to the medic room should you need to use the area.

It couldn’t be easier to find Fire – we are in the transport hub at Vauxhall. We are less than 100 metres from Vauxhall Underground Station.

There is no local parking and Fire recommends using public transport to get to us.

Fire has a strict over 18 policy.

We also operate a No ID No Entry policy – this means no matter how old you are you must present valid ID to gain admission to the venue.

Valid ID must be in date. We accept the following forms of identification;

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Valid National ID card
  • Valid ID with PASS hologram (find our more information at pass-scheme.org.uk)

Please note that we do not accept photos of ID or photocopies.

Yes Fire is an accessible venue, although there are some parts of the venue which are not accessible via wheelchair due to steps.

The dress code at Fire is casual. There are different rules for certain events however, so best to call or email us to find out more. 

We do not allow people to wear hoods in the queue or in the venue.

If you think you have lost something at Fire you can email lost@firelondon.net and someone will reply to you. Please make your description as detailed as possible to help us.

Please note we hold property for 3 months and then it is donated to charity.

All ID documents and mobile phones are handed to the local Police.
